Crewasis is a startup that uses Data Science to tackle business challenges. They mine open-source data and employ data science models to derive actionable business goals.
The data science process demands extensive labor from the Crewasis team as they guide the customers every step of the way.
In order to mitigate this issue we have been tasked to Create Minimum Viable Product (MVP) that automates the data services offered by the company, with a specific focus on enhancing the Customer Portal and optimizing its workflow.
Additionally we were also tasked to rebrand the company to reflect its evolving identity and ambitions.
- Create Portal that is user friendly and incredibly effective in helping people reach their destination with few interactions.
- Focus on implementing clear UX writing on the MVP so that users are able to navigate at any point in the portal.
- Make the idea that someone in the Crewasis team is always available to connect with a priority in the design.

Reviewing and selecting insights
As we inherited both typography and colour guides from Crewasis, my focus was on creating a consistent document that would help a team of developers efficiently follow our design. Documenting all distances sizing and padding rules that we followed when building the portal proved to be really helpful during the handover process.
At the time being, Crewasis is implementing the design as their new MVP. I carried 30 minutes presentation in front of their advisors and stakeholders of the product, receiving positive feedback and confirmation that the product will receive the green light to go into production.
